Chequered is a Formula 1 companion app that provides race schedules, live session alerts, push notifications, home screen widgets, and information sourced from publicly available F1 data. The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, the FIA, or any F1 team.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
The App, its design, code, and original content are owned by Chequered. Formula 1 data, team names, driver names, and related trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
The App may send push notifications for race events, session alerts, and other F1-related updates. You can manage notification preferences within the App or through your device settings at any time.
We strive to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data presented in the App. Race data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. The App is provided on an "as is" basis.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chequered and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
